Hi, I’m Kat

I am a dedicated yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, and my passion for wellness is rooted in my personal journey. After serving 10 years in the Army, I discovered the profound healing power of yoga, which inspired me to share these practices with others.

I have completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training and hold certifications in Bhakti Yoga, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, and Integrative Feminine Arts. In my classes, I combine these techniques with my own experiences to create a compassionate practice that helps you find balance and cultivate mindfulness. As a sound healing practitioner, I utilize the power of sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate deeper healing.
